Thread: Help for Syn calc - M&S count on us Chickn Pepperonata Pasta

Hello all,

I was wondering if someone could help me - I've not got my book with me so cant log onto syns online as i dont have the passcoed - ive just been to Marks and bought what i thought was a "good Lunch" as i havent been very well and didnt have the energy to make one up last night, but now im panicing a bit. could one of you lovely people possible caluclate the syns foe me?

carbs: 49.1
Fat: 5.6
(of which saturates: 0.8)
fibre: 7.1

Its mainly pasta, chicken and courgettes so theres a lot of free food there, so i guess it would be the sauce that kills it!

any help would be greatly appreciated. Its a new meal, so i've searched the site but as yet theres nothing on it.
