Are mug shots free on all plans? Or just green/EE? Thanks

Only the less than 1%fat ones are free on green and ee. None are free on red days as being pasta they are high syns. Hth x

This is not strictly true sorry

There are 2% fat mugshots that are syn free on green/EE and whether the 1% fat ones are free or not also depends on where you buy them. The mugshots bought in the bargain stores are a different recipe and the tomato ones are 1 syn even though it says 1% fat on the packet xx

Oh sorry are the 2% ones a recent addition? I didn't even know they had those! Hah
