171 calories per 100g = 1.71 per 1g
1tsp =5g so 5g = 8.55 calories
So I would estimate that 1tsp is 1/2 a syns.... maybe.... does that sound right??!!! :confused:

I would round up hun as it is closer to 10 than 5 calories :)

That would make it 1/2 a syn tho, wouldn't it? If 1 syn is 20 cals, and I round the 8.55 calories up to 10 cals...
