    Thank you dirtydancing. So, now to do the maths...

    171 calories per 100g = 1.71 per 1g
    1tsp =5g so 5g = 8.55 calories
    So I would estimate that 1tsp is 1/2 a syns.... maybe.... does that sound right??!!!

    That would make it 1/2 a syn tho, wouldn't it? If 1 syn is 20 cals, and I round the 8.55 calories up to 10 cals...
