Thread: Syn value of kelloggs rice crispies squares chocolate mint and chocolcate orange

Hi

I'm new to this forum. I've tried Slimming World online, but I struggled with the lack of support. I'm a single mum, I'm at uni doing a full time degree course and I'm also on placement, I struggle to get to classes so thought i would try coming on here to see if the extra support helped. I no longer subscribe to SW online (skint) im using my friends books, i wondered if somebody could please give me the syn value on kelloggs rice crispies squares chocolate mint and chocolcate orange, i can't find them anywhere.

As they both have no free food allowance you'll be able to work out the Syns by using the formula "20 calories = 1 Syn". Hope this helps x

It's not. You can't use that formula to work out the Syn value of everything - just things with no free food allowance. Be careful!
