    Pasta and sauce substitute

    Hi all,
    I live in the Republic of Ireland and find it hard to get bachelors pasta and sauce sachets here. There's only a man who comes to class every couple of months who sells them.
    My question is, is there any other free/low syn pasta and sauce things I can use?
    I don't use them to often but are handy for work.

    Tesco and asda do their own branded packs. Do you have them shops? I think most shops do their own version of them though and the syns are all online
