    Confusion on Syn Calculator

    Hi, I am doing Slimming world online as I live in middle east but am having real problems with the syn calculator!

    I am have a tuna salad for lunch at the mo with skimmed yoghurt (0% fat items are very hard to come by here!), so trying to syn out my yoghurt, if I click the button that says use free allowance, the yoghurt comes up as free, if I dont click that button then its 3.5 for the tub.

    I just dont get it!

    Details of the yoghurt per 100g are:

    44 Kcal / 185 kj
    Fat 0.5g
    Protein 4.6g
    Carb 6.3g
    Pot size 170g

    Is it free or not????

    Any help greatly appreciated

    Running that through the syn calculator with yoghurt as a Free Food allowance, it seems it's free all plans
