    Activia 0% yogurts....free or 1/2syn??

    Hi all,

    After slow losses I decided to double check everything and be super strict on measuring HE's and syns this week! bought yummy onken fat free raspberry & honey yogurt only to find its 6 syns!!
    also bought some activia 0% fat free multipacks, checked in food directory and says 1/2syn each, checked online and says free! which shall I believe?!
