    beef in gravy ???

    hi there just wondering if someone could help me , i cant seem to find the syn value for stewed steak in gravy ( in a tin) , and sliced beef in gravy (frozen) , and also tesco lamb shanks in minted gravy

    It doesn't specify how many though, just the pack. Green day values very high.

    Do you have the brands for the other items. Basic beef stewed in gravy is 1 syn per 100g.
