    hiya could anyone help me please wondered how many syns are in activia biscuity toffee and banana yoghurts and mr freeze ice pops that you can buy from tescos thankyou

    Put on 7lbs since sept so

    1st goal - to loose that 7lbs which would take me to 11st 9.5lbs - ACHIEVED!!!!!
    2nd goal - loose next 7lbs to get below my lowest sw weight of 11st 3lb (march 2012) - ACHIEVED!!!!
    3rd goal - loose 3.5lb to be 10st something - ACHIEVED!!! 6.5.13
    4th goal - loose 6.5lbs to get to goal of 10st 7lbs
