    Red face Supermarket chicken

    He'll there everyone, I'm new to slimming world and was wondering if any of younknownif the spit roast chickens in the supermarkets are syn free? If they are it would help me when I'm hungry and out on the road just to pop in no get one. Thanks ......

    Totally free providing you dont snaffle the skin!
    Also, when you hear people say that these chickens are 'injected' with fat to keep them moist, it is a big fat myth!
