    Smile Enchiladas

    Hi
    i am new to slimming world and not going to classes as i cant afford it. Can anyone tell me how many syns are in the old el paso enchilada kits please. Absolutely love them. Thank u

    My weight loss to date = Started 23/01/2013

    Wk 1 - 4 = 19.5lbs
    Wk 5 - 8 = 8.5lbs off
    Wk 9 - 2lbs off
    Slimmer of the week = 20/02/2013
    Reached Club 10 = 13/03/2013

    I'm guessing they will be pretty high, as the average wrap alone can be anywhere between 7-10 Syns each.

    You can work out the Syns value for foods like this (that contain no free food allowance) by using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn.
