Yes they're free - I believe they're the only ones that are though.
Have you checked out the Sausage Thread in the Syns section? That should certainly help with the lowest syn ones and Mims will give you their verdict on flavour & texture etc.

its the only veggie ones I know are free - For meat ones I believe the oes sausages are free :)
