    Sweetner

I want to make porridge using a HEB can I make the oats so simple plain porridge? Then add a sweetener?

Just wondering if anyone knows the syn value please? What about the pink sachets? Thanks

Sweetener is Syn free, although I don't think Oats So Simple counts as a HExB anymore. You can use 35g plain porridge oats though, they're a B choice

I may be wrong, but I don't think the sachets count as they usually contain powdered milk and sugar. It needs to be just basic porridge oats to count as a HExB.

It's just 35g porridge oats. It's all there in your book on the Healthy Extra's pages, or on the SW website under "latest healthy extra's".

Princess Stevie - correct me if I'm wrong but this'd only help if you were a paid up member (either class or on-line). I've had a squizz but can't find a link on the general pages that lists HE's.

Yes you can only access information about the plans if you are a member - SW would be out of business otherwise

35g of any porridge oats including oat so simple - its just the sachets that are not a HEB as they only weight 27g. Either make it up to the required 35g or use the boxed version
