Thread: Extra Easy: New to this need some help on Extra Easy

Been doing slimming world for a few weeks and love it!!! I just wondered if anyone knew of any pasta sauces that are low syns or syn free that are suitable for freezing? Xx

I do a really easy creamy tomato and vegetable pasta sauce which is really tasty and would freeze okay.

I just fry off Quorn pieces, mushrooms, peppers and red onions in some FryLight with some garlic & chilli. Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes, stir well and simmer for a few moments. Remove from the heat and add 1tbsp ff fromage frais/natural yogurt. Stir well and voi la! As simple as that - and totally Syn free
