So. How many syns are pancakes? Homemade, real ones.
Assume milk can be used from HexA and eggs are free so only need to syn the flour? Cook in fry light and have sweetener, lemon and fruit??

Nothing tastes as good as good as skinny feels!!

1 level tbsn = 3.5 syns on all plans & 28g = 5 syns.
If someone is going to share the mix you shouldn't use your HEa allowance milk - it'd probably be easier to syn that too (0.5 syns for every 3 level tbsn or 9 syns for 568 ml of skimmed).
4oz plain flour - 20 syns
2 eggs
200ml Sk milk + 75 ml water - 3 syns
this should make 10 (8") or 12/14 (7") so that'd be approx 1.5 - 2 syns each.

Thanks!
They don't seem too bad when you break it down like that, not for a once a year treat.
Maybe I'll postpone pancakes to post weigh-in in Thursday.

It amazes me how low syn pancakes are! I wasn't on slimming world this time last year so never bothered to work syns out for pancakes but I think I'm going to make them again as a treat! I made thin crepes with some toffee muller light and fromage frais mixed together, and a banana. Was a lovely pud for not many syns
