    On the on line syns it says 8 syns for 2 of these. Can they be a HEb +2 like the chocolate ones? Thanks

    Afraid not hun, and actually the chocolate ones are not allowed any more either. You will need to syn them in full sorry. I like using them in making weetabix cake or muffins - yum!
