    Nespresso Palets Amande

    Hi all -
    Quite new to this, so bare with me..
    In the Nespresso range, they do lovely little almond treats called Palets Amande.
    Does anyone know a syn value per treat? They are only small, but damn they're good!

    What exactly are they? It doesn't sound as though they'd have any free food allowance, so I'd guess you can work it out using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn.
