    Harvester bread rolls?! Help please? Xx

    Hi all! Sorry to ask I don't usually but can't find this on the slimming word website or anything....

    Syns in a white bread roll at the harvester??

    i was really good tonight. Just had grilled steak a jacket potato (no butter it killed me!) and salad. While my husband scoffed his way through 3 courses! Haha.

    But... I did have 1 bread roll.... Please help me then I can fill in my food diary accurately ?
