Hi, I had a quick search but I couldn't find what I am looking for. I know that Options hot chocolate are 2 syns per 11g serving, but I bought a jar and I just wondered if anyone can tell me how many teaspoonfuls make 11g? I probably should have bought the sachets as it is easier to measure!

OK, sorry folks, I guess I can now answer my own question. I have poor eyesight and after scouring the side of the jar for about 10 minutes I managed to find in VERY small print, that 11g =THREE teaspoons! Sorry to waste a thread!
