Don't mean to be pedantic but as they're 70 cals they are actually 3.5 syns each. .It may not be much but if you're keeping a tight rein on your syns, you'd need to know exactly what you're having.

I do apoligize I just looked on the app and it said 3 syns.

But this is strange though as the 2013 directory and low syn snack book and the app says 3 syns.

Fair snuff - I can only assume they've given it some free food allowance because 70 cals in anything with no free food allowance can only be 3.5 syns.
Win win then - only 3 syns and delicious too :D
