    Extra Light? If so its 1.5 sins per 25g or 120g as HEB if you are on the green plan

    Thanks. The Philly I have,is called lightest and only 3% fat as opposed to xtra lite which is 5% but will work with syns for xtra light to stay on safe side.

    Never heard of a "Lightest" one sorry but the easiest way to work out the syns is just to use 1 syn for every 20 calories. Where did you buy it out of interest?

    Tesco and it is really nice.....thanks for that tip I can now work out the syn value for Tesco Greek fat free yogurt.

    Aah no hun that will not work for the yoghurt as it would get a free food allowance

    Only just discovered the other day after always buying total! So much cheaper, not as good though but does the job!
