    Are these a biscuit thing rather than cereal? You can just work them out using 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance on either cereals or biscuits. Be prepared for them to be pretty high though xx

    I would hope that you could use theses as part of your healthy extra , instead of having weetabix for breakfast ?
    A punnet of grapes a day keeps the chocolate at bay !

    No afraid not, the only breakfast biscuits on the HEB list are the kelloggs nutrigrain ones. Despite all the advertising trying to convince us this type of thing is a healthy choice at the end of the day they are just biscuits
