My Mini Goals..
Get under 200lbs (14.3)
Lose 1 Stone (13.13)
Lose 10% (13.5)
Lose 2 Stone (12.13)
Reach Suggested TW (11st)
Reach my TW (9.10-10.5)
9 times out of ten someone on here will know or there will be a thread if you search for the item followed by the word syns, minimins os nearly always the first result.
or its 1 syn per 20 cals on the naughty stuff.

if there is no free food allowance it tends to work out at 1 syn per 20 cals. Anything that contains free food allowance will need to be checked on syn calculator online/food directory (or ask someone to have a look/search the thread)

Ah thanks. Just I've got the New Me range chicken spelt risotto with veg ready meal and a Youngs fish pie ready meal in freezer and wondering how much they are! Im doing it from home so no calchope someone can help!x

That's great Thankyou so much ! I would eat it depending on which day im following prob a green day. That's the right risotto, thought it would be much less than that !! Disappointed lol it looks so healthy ! Thanks again xxx
