    Smile Tinned peaches syns or HEb??

    Does anyone know if tinned peaches are a HEb choice? It doesn't mention them in the book but apricots and pears are? Kinda hopin I won't have to use syns to eat them :-)

    I've checked too and they aren't mentioned on any of the plans only dried peaches so maybe get your consultant to find out and for now you'll prob have to syn them - seems silly really
