    Exclamation Coffee whitener- syn or not syn?

    I was wandering if their is any coffee white that is not syn? I am a new comer to SW, it is all a little overwhelming. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Afraid things like that will all be synned. Can you not just use your healthy extra A choice for milk? By the way it is confusing at first but it will soon be second nature x
