    HI guys

    Does anyone know if the McCain's or bannisters frozen baked potatoes have a syn value on ee?

    Mccains are 1 syn due to a little oil, not sure about bannisters but i think that they are a bit higher in syn value x

    I cook and freeze my own in batches. No oil just a good old baked spud. 4.5 mins in the micro from frozen and they are just as good as McCain but FREE!!
