Is wafer thin ham free?
I joined a new meeting this week and during the new members talk our consultant said "processed meat needs to be synned, so that's your burgers, sausages and wafer thin ham". I've always had wafer thin ham when I've done the plan before - have I been doing that wrong??
As an aside, during image therapy she also told us that a local butcher does SW free sausages and burgers as he used to be a member, so that's me sorted if we ever get BBQ weather lol.

Depends on brand - best to check for whichever you use. I know Bernard Matthews Wafer thin Turkey Ham is synned x

Is wafer thin ham free?
At tesco the 'no added water' ham is free and you can get it smoked, wafer thin, crumbled, honey roast etc... :-)
