    Noodles?

    Hi all, new on here so apologies if this has been answered!

    I'm doing EE but not sure about noodles can anyone tell me what ones are free?

    All plain dried noodles are free on EE and green as are the low fat supernoodles x

    Afraid the syns are in the noodles rather than the sachet so I would just stick to the ones you know are free
