Query on multiple cheeses
HI
I am doing Green days only so have 2 Hex A and Bs each.
My question is - I have had some milk in cereal this morning (so 1 hex A) and had a snack of 2 ryvitas with one laughing cow cheese triangle (only had one left). I plan to have a baked spud tonight with cottage cheese (blugh) and a sprinkling of cheddar to make it barely edible- Obviously some of the cheese can be hexA - this may sound like a daft question but.... as it was only 1 cheese triangle do I syn it and have the cottage cheese as a Hex A, or if adding a bit of cheddar (believe me I wont be using too much cottage cheese either as I am not a fan, but will just put some cheddar grated on top) in with it - do I syn that. Getting a bit confused. Blame it on being hungry after a salad I just ate
no cheese or dairy involved in that by the way.
Thanks in advance.

Yes I would syn the laughing cow if you only had one. The cottage cheese will likely be free depending on which one it is and is not a healthy ectra anyway. That leaves you with one HEA left.
For the future you can split your HEs and have say half cheese half milk if you do not want to use the full listed amount x

Thanks for the reply Patchwork Puss.
In the end as I was working until late and it was flippin' freezing at the bus stop I decided to do a stir fry - so no cheese just smoked tofu, veggies and a sauce (which reminds me I must look up the syns on that).
Cheers
