Thread: Brivita breakfast biscuits

Hi all

I no longer go to class as I'm pregnant and want to do it myself till the baby comes then re-join!
Can someone please find out the syn or hexb value for the breakfast biscuits? I've had the fruit ones today they taste healthy if you know what I mean haha but I dare say there'll be syns in them!

Can anyone find this out for me? It's the fruits of the Forrest ones that I have!

Straight 1 syn per 20 calories - I think it works out at 3 syns per biscuit

Yeah I know I've given the ones I had to my OH now I've bought the Kellogg's ones

Just bought the nutri grain ones, does that mean I can only have 2 as my hexb?

N not the 4 pack?
