I think I have under estimated my syns on my green days and original when using the burgers..........fingers crossed

Everyday Value Instant Mashed Potato Flakes, made up as directed, 100g made up ½ 3½ ½ (thats 100g made up weight by the way)

Meatfree Burgers, 8 pack, frozen, 56g each 1 1 1

Thank you very much patchworkpuss, I really under estimated the burgers, thought they were .5 and the mash free. Soon adds up when you think it's free or nearly free.

Hi patchworkpuss, do the Morrison burgers work out the same , 1 syn. They are frozen, the box weighs 342.gms, old burgers were half syn each , I don't know what the nutritional info was on the old box , but the new one reads :
Protein per 100g 17g per burger 8.8g
Carb. 7g. 3.6
Fat. 9.1 4.7
Energy. 184kcal. 96
Fibre 3.2. 1.7

184 kcal 96 kcal

I hope these are still half a syn....
