    Qaker Oats Golden syrup porridge

    Hi all

    I have done a search to find the syns in these but the most recent is from Jan 2012 and I know things change a lot.

    Could anyone look up the syn value of the little sachets for me?

    Much appreciated.

    I wonder is it ok to have as a healthy extra and add 1/2 a syn??

    I had tonnes too so carried on using it as a HEXB until it ran out. Now I've bough a big bag of plain oats instead - it's cheaper than Oat so Simple and you get more
