Hi im a newbie i started on wednesday and im just getting to grips with everything. my hubby went out and brought this today for me and i instantly thought they had to be free cos its textured white fish with prawn flavour but then i put it in the syns calculator and it says it has 4 syns in for the whole 200g pack.

Can anyone tell me if thee to have syns in or not?
