    Blue top (full fat) milk syns?

    I know you are meant to use semi or skimmed milk, but i am mew to slimming world and son't want to waste 4pints of full fat milk. Does anybody know the syn value?

    We're not 'meant' to do anything! If you want full fat milk, then have it by all means. As the PP has said, you can either have 175ml as a HEA. Or it's 3.5 syns per 100 ml. I have small children, who only drink whole milk. I do sometimes buy skimmed for me but I don't always remember. So I often have full fat milk as a HEA. I tend to add water after I measure it out so goes further though!

    I have a toddler so I always use blue milk plus being pregnant I need the creamy taste lol but I like idea of adding a little water to make "more" milk thank you
