    Non alcoholic wine syns

    Hey guys I'm trying to not drink at the moment due to getting alcohol induced heart palpitations and have been drinking non alcoholic wine but as started SW today was wondering the syn value so I can keep track thanks my lovelies xx

    Would be 1 syn for every 20 cals hope that helps x
