Aldi low go bread

Anyone know the syn value of the Aldi low gi bread....

You can just use 1 syn per 20 calories as there is no free food allowance on bread :)

Thank you I was going to use it as healthy extra but because of seeds I can't so want to be sure I syn it properly :-)
