From a multipack, does anybody know the syn value please?

1 syn per 20 calories as there is no free food allowance on snack foods

I was under the impression they were 5 syns a bag?

All depends on pack size if they are the 88 cal a bag ones they are 4.5 syns

They are the ones I usually have, at least I know in future i've an extra 0.5 syn =]

on food items with no free food allowance crisps sweets choc etc its 20 cal =1 syn always round up to a whole number on calories better to over estimate than underestimate

Thanks. I worked out 4.5 too. 4 syns for the 80 calories and half a syn for the 8 calories depends on pack size I think the multi pack bags are smaller than singles.
