    Syns in iced cinnamon swirl?

    I treated myself after weigh in today at Waitrose, but Starbucks do a similar product...anyone got any ideas of the number of syns?

    I'm not sure about the waitrose one but the Starbucks cinnamon swirl is 18.5 syns. I used to have one every time I went to Starbucks (about 3x a week) but I now stick to my skinny latte lol
