    iceland frozen chiken tikka strips?

    Hi everybody

    Can anybody clarify the syn value for me as Im reeeeeeeeeeeeeally confused!!

    According to SW syns calulator online Iceland, Tikka Sliced Chicken Breast, 380g pack, frozen, 100g is free but according to the SW app the exact same product is 6 syns for 100g?


    Anybody know any different?
