    Pie Mash Liqor???

    I just wondered, my friend goes to a pie and mash shop every weekend, covered in liqor N vinegar (not sure how to spell it)

    She's curious as to how many syns roughly they are, as am I now! She isn't even on the diet lol but she wants to find out how bad they really are!!

    No way of knowing for sure i'm afraid. If the pie is in pastry then it will not get a free food allowance so if the sop provide nutritional information it would be a straight 1 syn per 20 calories. Or if you are just looking for the syns of whatever they put on top the same would apply.
