Thread: Morrisons NuMe five bean stew

Hello, could someone please tell me the syn value of NuMe five bean stew? Can't find it in the new 2013 food directory. From looking at the ingredients I'd have thought it would be syn free.

Its not listed so you would need to post the nutritional info and main ingredients so someone can work it out on the syn calculator assuming you are not a member yourself

Found some nutritional information on another site and, assuming theres a free food allowance with the beans, it works out at 4.5 syns per pack.

Thanks didn't think it'd be that many though. Might try making my own! X
