    Asda Cheese & Tomato Pasta Pot

    Hi Guys,

    I have been looking for the EE syn value for the past few months with no success. Just wondered if anyone on here new? Its a great dinner for at work when I just don't have the time.

    Thank you so much, Is there an easy way to work out the syn value of something that is not listed? Would be good to know.
