Hi just started slimming world. Could anyone please tell me how many syns are in chicken hot dog(new in asda) without the roll? Thank u

Hiya - you might have more luck if you were a bit more specific. If it's the cans of 'Ye Old Oak American Style' (which are 81% chicken), at 48 cals per dog the worst they'd be is 2.5 syns each. However, with such a high content of chicken some of those syns might be mitigated.

If you haven't personally got access to the SW Syns Calculator, you need to list the NV from the label and ask someone to run it through for you.

If it's not these dogs, the same principle will apply so try posting the question again with the NV. Next time, try putting thespecific food item as your thread title (i very nearly didn't open this post because i thought you'd posted in the wrong forum & were just introducing yourself as a new visitor).
