Hello - I have been counting my skimmed milk as my HEA, but I have realised that I probably dont have enough cups of coffee during the day to use up the full allowance. (I work in different offices where its not always easy to measure)
I am going to count the number of drinks I have but I have no idea of how many syns a dash of skimmed would be. Has anyone got any idea please ?
a dash of skimmed is half a syn per mug of coffee! I have recently realised that I dont use all my allowance in my coffee too!
I've just started doing this too (though count 1 syn as I have a double dash). Its been great because I've been having some sort of cheese for my A choice instead
