    Syn free/low syn ready meals?

I know Asda's 'Chosen By You' chickpea dahl in a tin is free, which is fab. Tell me of all the other gems that I and others might not have come across or realised were free or very low syn!

I'm a vegetarian on the Green plan, so I prefer things specific to that, but tell me about all of the other plans too so others can see what they've been missing.
Running the madhouse: one husband (the Joker), one 7-year-old (Wee Chum), two cats, two rats, three degus and a tarantula. Phew!

Have you tried the Innocent veg pots? They are a bit pricy but on sale in sainsburys and tesco at the mo. They vary syns wise so check syns online for all of them but off the top of my head the aubergine moussaka is free (and lovely!), thai sweet chilli is 2.5 syns and sweet potato chilli is 4 syns. x

If you have a look in the syn value sub forum, there is a sticky full of supermarket recommendations-that should help
13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal

Amy's Kitchen light and lean spaghetti italiano (frozen) is vegan (made with tofu and is sooo yummy) and is 2.5 syns for the whole pack, I have it with something extra on the side to bulk it out (usually homemade wedges or low-syn chips)
