    ASDA Good For You Ready Meals

    Hi everyone

    Sorry for being a pain! I did a shop today and ive picked up all the foods that i cant find syn values for!

    Please could somebody please give me the syn values of these meals from Asda, they look really lovely and they are on offer at the mo for £1.50 each and they are quite large portions

    Chicken in black bean sauce fist ingredient is water cooked chicken breast and its 400g per meal and for the korma the first ingredient on the list is bombay potatoes and 380g for the meal, thank you so much xxx

    Have just done a calculation and I'm getting 9.5 for the first one and 10 for the second one on Extra Easy. I could be wrong though. Online it does say that if you are not sure to check food directory or to send package off so they calculate it. As it's not coming up on syns online, hopefully someone with a food directory can tell us the exact figure. I think I need to buy one tomorrow .
