Could somebody help me to find the syns for a 400g tin of asda chosen by you beef madras pretty please?

It's a 400g tin and main ingredient is beef

It was that nice that I could have eaten it all myself and still be within my syns for today lol. But had it with savoury rice, Sw chips and a side salad so there was plenty :)
