I think the 20 calorie per syn rule applies here. I did a calculation on SW website and its coming up as 3 syns anyway.

All the Dolmio pasta vita pots when I search are 1.5

I checked the pasta vita and none of them come in sun dried tomato light except the stir in sauce in a pot. So I'm thinking that's the one she was asking about?

Ah possibly I thought it must have been one of the pasta in a pot ones. Don't know how I'd cope without access to syns online though

Hun I feel the same way. Everytime i decide not to go to meetings anymore, the thought of not having access to syns online freaks me out. Definitely helps big time
