Hi im new...
Hi everyone im new today been doing sw since 5th jan lost 1stone 1lb with a few ups and downs... iv hit a plateau despite being good and even put a pound on this week im gutted
can someone help count ny syns for today? Break fast 2slices brkwn toast with light sunflower spread and 3 eggs. .. using bread as heb it was 3 syns for breakfast? Lunch fat free super noodles. .. tea quorn mince chilli using tomatoes kidney beans etc and syn free chips all syn free? But I have picked at 1crisp two breaded chicken nuggets and one mini egg... I am still within my daily syns tho right? Sorry to ramble but seriously feel like eating a big pizza tub of ben and jerrys and big bar chocolate tonight xx
